Two thousand Onitsha indigenes are to receive palliatives under the first phase of the distribution scheme which commenced on Monday, May 18, at the Justice Chuba Ikpeazu Stadium Onitsha. It will run till Saturday May 18, with days assigned to various quarters that constitute Onicha Ebo Itenani
